This Week’s Highlights

  • A reminder that there is no school on September 29th to provide time for professional development and IPP conferences.
  • A reminder that there is no school on September 30th for Truth and Reconciliation Day.
  • Next week, students will engage in reflection and opportunities to deepen their understanding related to reconciliation. A service learning component where students can bring in coins to contribute to Water First Organization (waterfirst.ngo/)
  • The deadline to order Lifetouch pictures is September 26th. Orders can be placed online as per the photo proofs that were sent home.
  • Our Connect Charter students were represented strongly at the recent cross country race and volleyball tournament. Congratulations to all participants and thank you to our coaches.
  • Grade 7 students go to camp on Monday, September 26th – Wednesday, September 28th. This will conclude a successful grade 4-9 fall camp series. We thank all parents and staff who have contributed to make these experiences memorable and positive for our students.
  • Conference manager opens for parent teacher conferences on September 30th.
