This Week's Highlights

  • Please help us to be good neighbours by following traffic laws related to the pick up zones at the school. A gentle reminder to park along 34th street on the school side of the road.
  • A big thank you to school council, parent society and our volunteers who made our end of year barbecue a wonderful event. It was tremendous to have so many families in the school. Thank you for coming. Our Welcome Back Barbecue is scheduled for August 31st - Save the date!
  • Our grade 4's head out to Dinosaur Provincial Park next week. 4.1 and 4.2 depart on Monday, June 19-June 21 and 4.3 and 4.4 depart on Wednesday, June 21-June 23rd. Note the pick up time change - buses will be arriving at 2:15 on Wednesday, June 21st for 4.1 and 4.2 students and arriving at 2:15 on Friday, June 23rd for 4.3 and 4.4 students.
  • Please note: the last day of school for students, June 29th, is a full day of school with buses departing at their usual 3:20 p.m. time.
  • Please review the important dates below.
  • The last school online school council/parent society meeting is on Tuesday, June 20th at 6:30 p.m. Please see the details below.
We had a wonderful turnout for the end of year barbecue and concert. Thank you to all involved who made this a success and thank you to all the performers who took the stage.

LAST NIGHT’S END OF YEAR BBQ WAS A GREAT SUCCESS! It was so exciting to have such a good turnout. Moving inside was a good call and probably got more people efficiently into the concert. Thanks to Mr. Bolen for the music and to ALL of the parents who volunteered to help out before, during and after the event.
