This Week's Highlights

  • Grade 9 families, please check your emails for important information about Connect Charter School's summer high school program, CALM Peaks. Also, there will be helpful reminders related to preparing for the West Coast trip.
  • A tremendous thank you to the staff and families who will be supporting the 5-day West Coast trip. We look forward to hearing our students' stories when they return.
  • Our grade 6 and 7 urban expedition elective departs on June 10 and returns on June 11. Thank you to the staff and volunteers for supporting our elective program.
  • We send our best to our grade 5 students who will be going to Circle Square Ranch on June 12-June 14. Thank you to the volunteers and staff. A reminder that students are unable to bring luggage on the school bus and must be dropped off and picked up.
  • From handbells to heavy metal, our students put on an exceptional and most entertaining concert this last week. Thank you for a wonderful evening to the performers and staff who supported this event.
  • A thank you to school council volunteers for a lovely lunch of appreciation on Friday.
  • Please save the date for our end-of-year school barbecue on June 20th.
  • 6.1 and 6.2 will be at North Glenmore Park on Wednesday, June 12.
  • Grade 8.3 and 8.4 Thrive day takes place June 13.
  • Grade 7 biking and escape room thrive day takes place on June 13.
  • 6.3 and 6.4 will be at North Glenmore Park on Friday, June 14

Our new grade 10 summer program offering.

NEXT WEEK… be ready to RSVP and order your meals for the End of Year BBQ on Thursday, June 20. From 4-6pm we’ll welcome all parents, family members and of course students to celebrate summer. 

We will need plenty of support from parent volunteers during the day to prep and to serve in the afternoon. Signup will be available with the RSVP. 

If you have time before the event and can fit us into your regular Costco, Walmart or Superstore run, we’d be happy to give you a shopping list!
