💙 School Council Appreciation

• Thank you to our wonderful School Council volunteers who provided breakfast during Teacher Appreciation Week.  
• What an amazing spread of food and generosity — we truly appreciate the time, care, and support shown to our staff.
• We are also incredibly thankful to School Council for the new furniture added to our Learning Commons, including standing tables and stools that are already being put to great use.

🗣️ Parent Feedback Session – Charter Goal Modernization

• We would like to invite parents to join us on May 11 from 2:00–3:00 p.m. for an important feedback session to help inform how we modernize our current charter goals.
• We look forward to hearing your voices and ideas.
• The session will take place in the school’s Learning Commons.

🚫 School Reminders

• A reminder that there is no school on Friday, May 15.
• There is also no school on Monday, May 18.
• Teachers and staff will be using part of this time to begin designing classes for next year.

• Welcome back to our Grade 6 students and staff from their Edmonton trip.  Thank you to the staff and parent volunteers for your efforts to make this experience memorable.

Connect Charter School Store – Spirit Wear

• We’re excited to share that we have a school store for spirit wear purchases!
• This is a great opportunity for students to show their school pride and feel connected to our Connect community.
• A variety of items in refreshed colours are available, including:

  • Hoodies
  • Zip-up hoodies
• All items feature our school name or logo.
• Orders can be placed online, and items will be delivered to the school for distribution once the ordering window closes.
