2025–2026 Student Re-Registration:
Reregistration is open April 8–22, 2025.
All forms and fees must be completed by April 22 to secure your child's place for next year. Unregistered spots will be offered the next student on the waitlist.

April 15–16 Grade 9 Thrive Summit: We're thrilled to host Calgary Arts Academy Grade 9 students and our Connect Charter grade 9 students for a 2-day experience focused on strategies and mindsets for the high school transition.
April 22 Online School Council & Parent Society Meeting
Meeting link will be shared via School Messenger on the day of the meeting. The meeting is at 6:30 p.m.
April 23 Mandatory Tech/Dress Rehearsal for Connect's Got Talent
All performers to attend the dress rehearsal from 3:15 – 5:00 p.m.
April 24 – Connect's Got Talent
We're excited to bring back our school talent show! Two performances: 9:15–10:15 a.m. 10:45–11:45 a.m. Families of participants are welcome to attend. All student performers auditioned and have been rehearsing with a staff mentor.
Leadership in Education Connect Charter School
Connect Charter School continues to be a leader in Alberta education innovation. In the last week of April, we are proud to host:
A conference on artificial intelligence in education
A charter school leadership professional learning series
A conference with Apple Education Canada
These will occur during the school day with no interruptions to student learning.
Capital Plan Update
On March 17, 2025, our Board of Directors approved the 2026–2029 Capital Plan. The updated version (with revised dates) is now posted on our school website. We continue to work closely with the Ministry of Education and Taza Development and will share updates as they become available.

VOLUNTEER WITH US IN 2025! AGM on April 22nd.

Our next joint School Council & Parent Society meeting is Tuesday, April 22 where we will elect new executive roles. We will also be building out our committees for next year and encourage anyone to join! If you have a bit of time, ideas and desire to help build school community, there’s a place for you.
